Gratitude, celebration and giving thanks even for the smallest of gifts – became a new way of living for me, a kind of oxygen I couldn’t get enough of, a transformative way of being. I brought this into my business and into the Blink brand. We began doing things for other people and other organizations, just because it was the right thing to do, not because it might land us a new account or even amount to any kind of business. It was simply a kind gesture, a bit of gratitude and the right thing to do. And by doing this, I saw a happier staff, more fulfilled employees, a brand that represented more than itself and something I was proud of. It might be donating your time, your talents, resources, etc. But, whatever it is, make sure you are doing it and giving thanks while you do it. “For there is a far greater gift in giving, than in receiving.”
